Mr. C mentioned that Youtube sensation Bogart the Explorer owns the Hoy, Panga! so we did a taste test if their Grilled Tuna Panga was anything good.
Their medium grilled tuna panga costs about PHP 350. It's already good for two people. Best to partner it with rice.
VERDICT
We liked it! Would definitely recommend it. Their tuna is tasty, attributing to its sophisticated seasonings. They also have a special sauce placed in a container that I really liked. I asked the server what ingredients it contains and she said that it's a mixture of a number of ingredients including cumin, butter, oil, salt and the rest are secret. To enjoy the grilled to the maximum, combine the secret sauce with calamansi and little soy sauce.
Their Frozen Iced Tea is worth a try, too! Only costs for PHP 100.
